Nurses and Doctors were very kind.
Nurse were friendly and approachable.
Nice to see staff smiling.
I was impressed with all the staff including domestic and porters.
Suggested improvements
Lots of noise in department mainly from what appeared to be mental health patients screaming and demanding.
Quite frightening if you are vulnerable and unwell.
